These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your rental of moving totes and related equipment from Tote Rentals of Lee’s Summit (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By reserving or using our equipment, you agree to these Terms.
We rent clean, reusable plastic moving totes and related equipment (such as dollies and hand trucks), delivered to and picked up from your location within our service area in the Kansas City metro.
The standard rental period is two (2) weeks from delivery, unless a different period is agreed in writing. Extensions are available for an additional fee (see Pricing).

Delivery and pickup are free within our service area. Pricing is subject to change; the rate in effect at the time of your reservation applies.
A valid payment card is required to reserve. By reserving, you authorize us — through our booking and payment processor — to charge your card for your rental and for any approved extensions, replacement, or damage fees described in these Terms. We confirm your reservation and dates with you before delivery.
You agree to provide accurate delivery and pickup details and to make the totes available and accessible at the scheduled pickup time. Missed or delayed pickups caused by inaccessibility may incur additional charges or extension fees.
The equipment remains our property at all times. You agree to use it lawfully and reasonably; not to overload, deface, alter, or sublease it; and to keep it in good condition while it is in your possession. You are responsible for the equipment from delivery until we pick it up.
You are responsible for totes and equipment that are lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear while in your possession. Replacement fees (charged to the card on file) are:
If you need more time, contact us to arrange an extension before your pickup date. Equipment kept beyond the agreed period without an approved extension may be charged extension fees or, if not returned, replacement fees.
You may cancel or reschedule a reservation by contacting us before delivery. Please give us as much notice as possible so we can serve other customers.
Equipment is provided “as is.” You are responsible for safely packing, lifting, loading, and transporting your own belongings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tote Rentals of Lee’s Summit is not liable for any damage to or loss of your property, or for any injury, arising from your use of the equipment, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the rental.
You agree to hold Tote Rentals of Lee’s Summit harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the equipment or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent changes.
